David Morrison BA(Hons) Dip Comm.

Worked in finance and property for many years before setting up Sangobeg Developments Ltd in 1994 with John Gibson. Sangobeg Developments Ltd successfully redeveloped the former Taybank Works in Morgan Street and thereafter the former Charles Gray Ltd complex at Coldside, together with a number of smaller but successful ventures. Thereafter we set up Tayforth Property Developments Ltd for the Leith development and in 1999, we set up Broxburn Properties Ltd for the development of the former United Biscuits factory in Broxburn. Not only did we renovate the site but also added a further 80,000 sq ft maturation unit to the existing 85,000 sq ft on site.

In late 2008 we developed the former Brora Woollen Mill into a 100,000 sq ft maturation unit and successfully completed the conversion and handed it over to the tenants.

We continue to look for ventures which fit into our overall strategy.
